If you're not getting splashback from your bidet then you aren't using it right. But then again the last time I used one was probably 1989.0

Two things.
I love purple, but a purple kitchen isn't appealing for me.
'Attractive' back garden.
I love purple too and agree about the kitchen.
The whole place seems really dark and depressing.
The garden.....speechless!Debt 30k in 2008.:o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free
Mortgage free since 20140 -

I once viewed a house with hard floors throughout, except for the bathroom, which had the most beautifully sumptuous, thick carpet, the kind that feels almost bouncy when you walk on it. It would have been lovely elsewhere, but given the location, the spongy feeling as I walked around made me think bad thoughts about what was actually down there...
I viewed a house last month that was like that ^
The vendor showed us around and was very proud of the brand new carpet in the bathroom. All I could think was 'I'll be ripping it up if I buy this place.'
All I could say was "Yes ... er ... it's lovely."
Needless to say we won't be buying it when it's overpriced by nearly £40k .. so that solves that problem.0 -

I suppose it *is* in the Peak District...
I once viewed a house in St Albans and asked to see into the loft. I was pointed in the direction of the climbing wall alongside it. The owner had done away with the loft ladder entirely. If you were going up, it was with the help of multicoloured foot and hand holds.
Mind you, this was the same house where the garage had been converted into what initially looked like a home cinema, but with a bicycle instead of seating. Estate agent gave us a demo. Press a button, a screen comes down, and scrolling footage of a drive through the countryside comes on, to make the cyclist feel like they're cycling along a country road. A slightly different "Have A Look At This", as the house is really rather nice, and a pretty good price for a character property in the area.

It's the location - which is spectacular ... but therein lies the problem ...
See page 4 - the property is located where it says Cliff Farm - a couple of inches to the right of Trimingham ...

You'd have thought someone might have mentioned it in the blurb - after all it's going to make the mortgage a little difficult ...0 -
Did they steal a box a paint samples? Every room is an extreme shade of different0 -

Check out the reflection in the mirror of picture 3 - the polar bear on top of the sofa!0 -
