You'd be surprised how common it is. I once viewed a house with hard floors throughout, except for the bathroom, which had the most beautifully sumptuous, thick carpet, the kind that feels almost bouncy when you walk on it. It would have been lovely elsewhere, but given the location, the spongy feeling as I walked around made me think bad thoughts about what was actually down there...0 -
I have seen way too much carpet in bathrooms for my liking.
I imagine people are thinking "bare feet, carpet is warm." I am thinking cryptosporidium, and "you can never clean it properly".0 -
