I love that it's 168sq ft but there's still a tab to check out the local schools. You've got to love the London property market (it's probably a standard feature but it amused me).

And the loft room, bedroom 4, with a really restrictive stair access - looks like you'd have to shimmy up there sideways - how on earth did that pass building regs {it would have had to do so, wouldn't it, for the house to sell as a '4 bed'}?
