I am torn between thinking it would be lovely to have £40k a week going spare (though why you spend it on such a ghastly place?), and just thinking, no, it's obscene, both as rent and as income.
It's in a 'posh' district, but in a horrid narrow street boxed in by very tall buildings, offices and clubs , with no other homes.
It looks like an old pottery factory, as it has the typical owner's office window overlooking the entrance to the back yard. They get demolished, where I live.0 -
No wonder it's been on the market so long!

End of terrace house. Almost as good as a semi detached house, normally.
Not here. Check out that low wall, attached to the house, on the right of the first picture.
Not pretty.:huh: Don't know what I'm doing, but doing it anyway... :huh:0 -

Is that a statue of a phallus in the garden? Odd.Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

I think it's either supposed to be a lighthouse or a windmill ornament that's lost its sails!0 -

Has the gable wall collapsed in the past? The top looks like it's been rebuilt with newer bricks.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -

I suspect that it used to be mid terrace, but something happened (WWII, maybe) caused the rest of the terrace to be demolished.
The state of the other bricks below the gable is pretty poor. Don't know what I'm doing, but doing it anyway... :huh:0 -
