Whoever thought that painting the exterior rasperry was a good idea must've been mad.
Actually these were like gold dust just before the crash. Bought an identical one in the next street (albeit a bit more modernised) for £20k in 2001 and sold it for £74k in 2007.Current MFD 1st July 2026

I find it incredibly sad that the landowners are arguing about vehicle access when the vender has obviously got to a stage in life when they couldn't cope. Or am I seeing this through rose coloured specs.
It must have been an idyllic but harsh existence living there
