Prize to anyone who can understand how this property even works from the pictures? http://www.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/details/34526971#7iwuVphaFdxJt3sf.97
similarly to maintain decency the bedroom has a balcony to stop people being able to look straight through to the bed given the house is semi sunk into the ground so street level is halfway up the house and the bedroom window is almost at head height - were it not for said hedge!
"front" door is round the side and the off road parking is a thieves paradise out of sight round the back
the kitchen and hallway have a glass roof to ensure that all activity therein is fully overlooked by the socking great block of flats next door
all told you may find it better to do as the current vendors do and actually live in a decrepit caravan parked in the back gardenAnd don't worry about tidying up for us. Or closing drawers or anything.

A lovely family home, near a river bank and next to a railway line - wondered why it was cheaper than the area average!

I wonder how you would access this tiny piece of land, and whether the Polish satellite dish is included in the sale?
