It just looks like a bloke's place to me....or possibly two blokes, though obviously not young ravers. There's no evidence it was ever anything but a bit rough at the edges.
It's very typical of the property type. I could show you half a dozen similar ones near me, with much more land and asking a few hundred £k less as well!0 -
