Nope. I am sure I'm being dense but I can't see the problem with this one: Perhaps River bank = flooding? Railway line = noise?

Am curious though. Am sure I'm missing some obvious point here...

According to Street View it was sold fairly recently, and it must be desirable because there are signs reading "Trespassers will be prosecuted" and "Private Property" on the wall.

Surprised the agent didn't mention the fishing.....

Interesting little place, what grabbed me was the headline- "Former Butchers Shop".

It's either cannibalism or chiropractic.

From the lack of bloodstains I'd guess chiropractic or similar.

Quite a nice little property actually apart from the ladder stairs.
