Nope. I am sure I'm being dense but I can't see the problem with this one: Perhaps River bank = flooding? Railway line = noise?

According to Street View it was sold fairly recently, and it must be desirable because there are signs reading "Trespassers will be prosecuted" and "Private Property" on the wall.
Surprised the agent didn't mention the fishing.....0 -
