Yes, someone offered me their complete patio's worth free last month, having been caught out, buying them over the Internet. I declined. 'Heavily riven' was the description. 'Totally uneven and a b*gger to lay.' was mine.

for some strange reason a ladder to the roof is a key design feature of this place, although the juxtapostion between an empty swimming pool and well watered lawns needs explaining? The EA certainly seems to like getting close to the water. But the pièce de rèsistance...... it (just) has an electricity pylon!!
