It's just been reduced, after sitting there for about a year.
Ag-tied property is almost unmortgageable anyway. It used to be for poor agricultural persons to get a foot on the property- with-land ladder, or for ag-labourers to rent, but now it's often suited to relatively well-off people, like me, to buy outright, at a discount.....:o
