Such places are full of :wall:,,,

Therefore, best to quickly skim through their offerings in one go,
lest we _pale_ and get allat the thought of not being in Dear Old Blightey
Although I suppose Toozie will be  unless we include Cymru am byth, but there isn't one for it, soto that.
Mind you, I did wonder if the reason no internal space was shown to go with the "dream kitchen" is because the "impressive great room with floor to ceiling stone fireplace is ideal for large gatherings" was actually already adapted for use in your other "talent"(besides house spotting of course!)
leaving now

This work of art should be on permanent display.
I think I will bump it each day, if no one minds?

A house; 23 acres, & river frontage.
Highly negotiable too. That is one desperate seller I think?0 -
its Selly Oak, its Burming-um
speech is therefore not a strong point
Be careful. I live with a Welsh Brummie.
He sounds quite posh to my snotty-Scot ears, - most of the time
'Ere! 'ang on a mo: Selly Oak is supposed to be posh too, innit?
Edit: Another example of 'the grot kitchen effect': Unless the house was demolished & the whole site dug out to a depth of 3ft., I don't think I could ever contemplate living there0 -

Not the bit with the students in it. Just rows and rows of terraced houses, most with Devonshire Street names. Roughly half have permanent 'To Let' signs as the LL's agents can't be arrised to take them down, and at this time of year, about 10% have a skip. That's because after 10 years of student occupation they need gutting and re-equipping with just about everything (second hand, of course.)
Nearby Harborne, like Bournville, is in another league.0 -

today's rather weak offering in an attempt to remain on topic:
http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-45413284.html - this EA uses the marketing strategy of leaving you wanting to know more by telling you nothing to start with, (other than a price to deter the average punter). There is a reason for the slow down children sign which rather makes the security of a "gated entrance" somewhat redundant....0
