Neighbour attached had chimney & roof work done on Street View. I'd get the roof checked.

For Selly Oak, read 'students,' but that doesn't look like a student house. Those are typically Victorian/Edwardian terraced places. They often look quite like that inside! :rotfl:

That one isn't bad value, and looking at where it is, I'm surprised the agent hasn't risked labelling it 'Harborne.'
