Ahh glorious Saltcoats*, on the Strathclyde Riviera. Some acquire the taste for it. Though quite why remains a mystery to me.
* Non-Scots please note that the first 't' is silent. Thank you.
The description should be preserved. The EAs should feel privileged. Can this really be a residential property??!:Number 9 interconnects to a single storey rear projection which in turn adjoins an external store. This external store in turn adjoins to number 7 Hill Street which also comprises a two storey building of a similar age. The external store and access to number 7 Hill Street are boarded shut and we have been unable to carry out an internal inspection here. It is assumed that this property will be in a similar condition to number 9
Painful anecdote: Fifty-one years ago OH's parents were on holiday & visited this village:
http://www.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/details/31814054
There were two terraced houses for sale. One was £40; the other £30. His mother wanted father to buy both, one each for the children. She always regretted not nagging him until he agreed
EDIT: They were beach front properties0 -

Is it me, or are there certain fabrics that you find almost exclusively in holiday lets and caravans?0 -

The bedding pics are notable
Can 4 & the far from inspiring 8 really be the same boring property???
The poor EA, can you blame him/her/it for wanting to run away before terminal depression set in?
Painful anecdote 2: In the early 90s a certain Neath estate agent (known to OH) took his wife to London for the weekend & happened to attend a property auction. There, he blindly bid for a slightly battered bay windowed terraced house in Tenby, & bought it for......... £8,000.
Toozie may give me Brownie points here: I have been a Dylan Thomas fan since my teens, & I can just about say Dinbych Y Pysgod :j0 -

I've seen it , so I think it's been on here sometime. Obviously, not selling.
Nor is this, despite the effusive praise for its location in the agent's introductory diatribe:

The datedness looks forgivable, until you see it on aerial view, and the Street View shows it's been on a while......
And where are all those sailing boats? :rotfl:0
