Following last week's Welsh shed in the woods:

I now proudly present the Devonian equivalent:

I like that. It's in a different league to that Welsh grot :lipsrseal
I don't see why a Colt? (cash only) cedar bungalow needs to be demolished, unless it has issues. If the property is in the middle of the 7 acres, then what a cheap (in overpriced Britain) way to get some peace....possibly.
A rare thing in the UK0 -
Although she hardly advertises, the word got around & enquiries from men (whom she doesn't cater for),
She's obviously missing a large market then.....LOL.:j0 -

A sad bloke at the door every hour probably wouldn't compare to having a riot of a weekend with the girls?
I bet 'lights out' is challenging; unless they are all well intoxicated before bedtime. What a shocking thought!0 -

Could someone explain "the door" to me? I'm at a loss.
There is a large HMO near me with a similarly positioned door. I assume there is some sort of fire escape mechanism behind it. It has a cat flap in it.:rotfl:0 -

I agree.
I guess they are hoping some stressed city Johnny will see it and fancy it as an escape pad, with the potential to build an eco dream house later. £250k isn't out of the way for a building plot that large.
Me, I don't fancy being in the middle of a wet, inaccessible wood. Ag-tied houses offer a different cheap route into rural acreage, for those brave enough and able to pay cash.0 -
