With so many pics, it is difficult to choose the highlights, but for me it is 23, the oven. - Yet 20, the bed, has a haunting quality don't you think?
It's the EA words "needs some work" that stand out for me!!!:j0 -

Just have to wonder at the running costs of such a place.
£25mill to buy.... Another £5mill for fixtures and fittings... £10k a month heating and other bills.... £10k a month gardeners and houskeepers.... £10k a month repairs and maintainance?
 Stamp duty?

I'm not sure that I could get in and out of that bath - not much headroom.

An old school Portuguese agent would be referring to the bread oven.
In Portugal that would be considered a boa casa because it is structurally sound.
If it was in the south or west we would buy it for the water supply; but that area is north, inland, & bitterly cold with long winters. Not far from the ski slopes though.
I hate to admit this; I've even tried a sly google: what is a/the 'Bailey house'?0 -

It's a house further up the thread that has been renovated by the Baileys who have their own lifestyle store. Search this thread for Bailey and you'll find it.
