I have to agree. An upmarket flat in sunny Worthing has my favourite island licked, even if I would have to pay more to overlook the road to see the grey & spectacular English channel....Bliss....esp in November.... onwards.

I actually like the property (Worthing one) but not the price, I'd go for a house with that money or pay less for a lovely flat in same location. I'm looking forward to the winter months down here.
