That's been around for quite a while.

Its planning is subject to a very narrow condition, and in view of that, it's way too expensive.

Three properties, I think? There are three kitchens, anyway! (Which seems overkill for a 4 bed house) and three exteriors which don't seem to match up.

I wouldn't be happy if I was the vendor, anyway! :mad:

Agreed, I wouldn't be happy if that was my property being listed.
