What are pics 12 & 13 about? 1970's wardrobe door close up?
Also 7 & 8 are almost duplicates.

I continually find it hard to understand why a seller puts up with bad ES photo's on-line.
It would be top of my complaints list if my newly for sale property went on there with bad photography, therefore not good publicity.

I suppose exceptions would be a re-procession because no one is scrutinising the pics and possibly when the estate is being sold and not handled by a family member/beneficiary of the will, but a 3rd party/solicitor.

I hate that too. Sellers knew the EA was coming 7-10 days after making the appointment. Either do an extra load the day before or wait until they have taken the photos and left.

Such laziness/lack of planning puts off buyers.

Can't post the link, but the one with the mural in Whitehaven, I used to have that fireplace and those kitchen units in a flat near Glasgow in the 90s....they didn't last long!
