Argh I just don't get why people can't tidy their houses when selling them! Not doing what is effectively a free task to do (except a few quid for some bin bags) will probably knock money off their sale price. The funny thing is I bet they are moving because they've run out of space, when actually if they had a clear up they probably have ample enough already!0 -
