Isn't it a pig?0 -

a) to hell with it, before cleaning the bath and tiles
b) after cleaning the bath and tilesA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0"Do what others won't early in life so you can do what others can't later in life"0 -

Dunno, but I'd love to know where the EA got that lens that makes everything look like it's about to go warp speed...0 -
I get it, there's a lot of shopping nearby. While Sharaz newsstand looks very nice I think if I were the EA I would go with a picture of the kitchen instead.

and, as for the house itself, does that mean they are drawing a discreet veil over the inside of it?
So, yep...its a passably heading towards up-market type of area with an awful lot of people who don't expect to be asked for their permission before their photograph is taken:cool: (so, presumably, a "younger" area then....). Heads back to check average age of people in those photos....
Maybe the area is good enough buyers wouldn't be that concerned with what the inside of the house is like (as long as its a new one). I can think of a few about-to-be-built houses that I would buy sight unseen if I could afford them (as long as other houses I know of nearby aren't TOO nearby) because I know the area very well indeed (DavesNave instantly works out its an area I've known for donkeys years...LOL).0
