I have an RSS feed for any property that turns up on Right Move within a 40 mile radius of my house (I live in the middle of nowhere, so I get maybe one or two a week). When I saw this:

I was surprised at how expensive it was for what it was. OK, it's a 52 room mansion with stunning views, but it needs a lot of work and if you look carefully at the map, the bothy and the keeper's cottage, which are excluded from the sale, are right on top of the house, so not exactly private.
Today's Daily Mail has revealed the reason it's about £100k more than it probably would be otherwise...
