It's been around quite a while, and no wonder.
The agent's question at the start sums it up really:
'How would you like to own a piece of Welsh history dating back to the 12th century? Pill Priory is part of a recently renovated 12th century monastery with some truly wonderful features including 2 Scheduled Ancient Monuments! '
The answer many people would give is, "I wouldn't like to own anything where a public body like Cadw, plus random architectural and historical anoraks, felt they had an interest in whatever I might want to do with it."
