Mmmmm, and just look at the increase in asking price from when it last sold in 2011
DS paid a similar amount for a two bed flat just round the corner (Colliers Wood) in Sept 2011 and will be selling this year - fingers crossed he makes a nice profit!Mortgage-free for fourteen years!
