I had relatives living on this road until last year, so I know it isn't somewhere normally associated with grand pretensions or designs.

There's one seller who HASNT got their wits about them.
1. Didn't proof-read the EA's blurb (you shouldn't have to do their work for them but the number of EA's that cant even get the written basics right is legion...).
2. Would it have hurt to wait a week for the current tenant to finish packing and thus have a clear flat to present to the market and probably get a better price for it?0 -
