Spot the cats.......and lovely presentation No wonder in the other listing (https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-43373138.html they have restricted themselves to external shots
On the face of it it seems quite good value for money - pretty cottagey exterior (if that's what floats your boat) with 1/4 acre - and loads of potential......otoh, it's £150k more than we paid for our *project* in 2011 and whilst not needing as much work as ours it's much smaller and I didn't think prices had increased that much in these 'ere partsMortgage-free for fourteen years!

Good heavens! Where to start? They've stolen a frieze from the British Museum; Stone Angel busts of Queen Victoria are multiplying and appear to have eaten the Mies van der Rohe Barcelona chairs that should have gone with the cream footstools; and now they look like they're about to be picked up by the spaceship from Close Encounters which appears to be about to land in the bedroom. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Not to mention bar stools in the bathroom to watch the person in the bath (who has the choice of 3 timezones to choose from, looking at the clocks), though one wouldn't need to sit on the bar stools as the bathroom appears to have no door on it anyway!0
