Depends on when the tenancy was first taken out. If it was years ago, different rules apply to a tenancy taken out, say, 9 months ago.
To be honest, if it was as easy as you say, don't you think the seller would have evicted the tenant already and bumped up the asking price?
The fact they haven't leads me to conclude the tenant has been there years and isn't leaving in a hurry.0 -
