Glad to see you've made it to the other side, money, but sorry you lost some of the cargo to pirates.
Thanks Dave. I'm after repayment for my "lost cargo" now...I don't intend to just "let it go". I don't believe in just "sitting back and taking it" about things like that....
So far...so good....and the neighbours and I are on a mutual "charm offensive" with each other. Must go and start drying one of the batches of apples I've been given since coming here in a minute...:). I basically think they're a "luvly lot" here and am getting used to the fact that they are now getting into the habit of just standing at my front door and gazing outwards at my view before getting on with purpose of visit....
Never mind a couple of croaky little sparrows here....I'm getting used to watching all these hordes of assorted birds flying over my great open vista I now have...0 -
Probably best for those who don't like a lot of clutter and don't suffer from claustrophobia.

That's the smallest amount of square footage I've ever seen! The whole property is literally the size of a small room. Can that amount of square footage even legally be called a living space? I thought there were minimum requirements on that sort of thing.Mortgage received 21/12/2018
Mortgage at start - £261,980
Current mortgage - £260,276
Saving towards a loft conversion first, then to smash the mortgage down!0 -

London is full of tiny flats to buy or rent.
I have seen smaller than that one ^^^ and I'm sure a few have been posted on here.0 -

Ouch, £900pm for that!
Incidentally I'm buying a flat in London, but mine is 500 sq ft as opposed to 100 and I'm still worried I won't have enough space!Mortgage received 21/12/2018

SPCome on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.0 -
