My favourite ones are the bloke refusing to move as doing his crosword, the picture of Mr Bean on top of the stairs, the 'intruder' and the guy lifting up the net curtain to reveal the garden.

Though has the statue of the copulating couple featured on here before?

Yes the doggie work of art has appeared in this thread, as have at least a couple of the others (eg hand closing kitchen drawer).

No, the details give the clue:

Loft Room

No mention of use as a bedroom, so it doesn't comply with building regs. Looking at the stairway, I'd doubt whether the conversion was done in a structurally sound way too.

The agent's Freudian slip is quite funny. Methinks it really was a covert conversion!
