The "have a look at this!" thread II

I often read this thread. I don't know if anyone's seen this, but these are hilarious Estate Agent pictures on a blog (not unlike this thread!). The funniest thing is the blogger's captions under each picture.

I love the submission for September 18.
Enjoy!

Excellent website!:T
My favourite ones are the bloke refusing to move as doing his crosword, the picture of Mr Bean on top of the stairs, the 'intruder' and the guy lifting up the net curtain to reveal the garden.
Though has the statue of the copulating couple featured on here before?0 -

Yes the doggie work of art has appeared in this thread, as have at least a couple of the others (eg hand closing kitchen drawer).
But a "well done" to Kiki for finding the site.0 -

No, the details give the clue:
Loft Room
Coverted loft room accessed by stairs from landing. Ideal for use as play room or as a study, office. Velux roof light, radiator.
No mention of use as a bedroom, so it doesn't comply with building regs. Looking at the stairway, I'd doubt whether the conversion was done in a structurally sound way too.
The agent's Freudian slip is quite funny. Methinks it really was a covert conversion!0 -
