Spotted!
Pictures 15 and 16 "External Lifestyle photo" = in case it isn't obvious we have to name the point we're trying to make? But fits in with the the EA's and owner's prose.
How about a new TV property programme called "Aspiration, Aspiration, Aspiration"?0 -

That looks like a walk in a very leafy, attractive park by comparison, lol :rotfl: I only wish the historic EA details were still available online
They are available on rightmove if you do a find sold house prices search you can see the old listings I can get them back to 2007 for my street.0 -

Looks like its "plot" is really someone's front garden. Just goes to prove again that just because a house is an obvious "squeeze-in" doesn't mean to say it will be cheap.:cool:0 -
Not often I see houses I actually like...but this one I do.
But I'd have to put my practical head on and check out with insurance companies in advance what their take would be on all that wood there:cool: to make sure they were okay about it and not planning on charging the earth in insurance premiums.
Sighs....but its "my price range" anyway....which means its too dear for the budget I actually have..iyswim.0 -

I like it too but I'd want to check the damp situation very carefully as it'd be masked by all that internal pine. (DPC? All that "touching" vegetation outside?)They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0 -

Thanks, but tried that a while ago (we bought in 2011 so fairly recently) and whilst our house is listed, the historic details are not visible.......tried Zoopla too with no luck there either
Same goes for several other properties in our village.
OTOH, our previous two houses (sold in 2011 & 2007) are.......Mortgage-free for fourteen years!
