This (for me) is a fabulous house....Arts and Crafts, loads of original features.....it's position is a major no no, right on the A19.

Why a guide price of £65K and then say next door sold for £110K a couple of months ago?
Both due "some modernisation" - but £45K extra work required for this one?

I think that's part of the fixtures and fittings.....if you bought the house that would become yours....Please Note This property is to be sold as seen with all contents, fixture and fittings included0 -

:eek::eek::eek:.....and i thought i could hoard stuff. yet the garden is really tidy and uncluttered.Yep...still at it, working out how to retire early.:D....... Going to have to rethink that scenario as have been screwed over by the company. A work in progress.0
