I think it would drive me potty to live in a house with no front elevation! (and no view!)

though it doesn't make clear if you can actually live there. Facilities appear to be in place but all uses mentioned are temporary. (I know it's only 288 sq foot but still)

I'm quite sure that you are not allowed to live there. The advert makes it pretty clear.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

I imagine the 28 day rule might apply, if the building could be classified as a moveable structure. As it is, there's water and drainage to a cess pit, so it might not qualify.

The joy of the 28 day rule is that it's hard for the authorities to keep tabs on how many days the building is being used as a dwelling. ;)

    Neighbours might! :p

Hmmm...and then I guess there would be the possibility of putting a small caravan in the garden and shifting to and fro (apparently;)) between house and caravan. Would that count as covered by said rule?

What a nice garden and location though....now if I didn't have as many possessions I might think it worth the hassle of walking past the neighbours early evening with the visible intention of sleeping elsewhere and then sneaking back up the garden path after dark every other month..

You wouldn't gain anything if you did, as the use would still be limited to 28 days.

We have a posh shed near our village with no windows facing the roadway. The council have discussed it over the years, but in truth no one is 100% certain how or when it's being used. The owners often arrive by motor bike, which is left by the gate. At night there is no bike, but of course it might be in the shed! :)

No "view" as in you can' t see anything other than windows of your own home and a bit of court yard, and a bit of sky. Especially when the garden has got spectacular distant views.
