Hi!

I've also been selected for the trial! So excited!

Been on the panel about 11 months after joining it because I'd heard about the trials on MSE! This is the first phone I've been offered.

Not had the survey through yet either.

Will post if I hear anything!

I've also got the n8 last oct and have received confirmation that i will be testing the next latest smartphone.

Maybe the n9 but there isn't a release date for the UK yet

My letter said it would be a Symbian phone though? did everyone else's say that too?? I kind of hope it's the N9 though!

Double bummer, I am still waiting.....in hope...........

The n9 is a meego based phone that Nokia is only releasing due to contractual obligation in a limited number of markets - and the UK isn't one of them. I still think this is going to be one of the cheapo devices they have coming out to compete at the bottom end of the market.

My email said phone will be new symbian software with better web browsing. Iv been looking at new nokia phones and there are 4 coming soon, all with new symbian belle software. 500, 600, 700 and 701. All have 1GHZ prossessors and have new browsers. The 701 is the best spec and is to replace c7 so I hope it will be this phone.

Well I emailed Neilsen yesterday just to see if I could find out what the phone was! No Joy! They said it's confidential and are still waiting for the places to fill up in other countries. They said the UK trial was full now. The surveys won't be sent out until all the spaces are full.

So we'll just have to wait a little longer!

Plz tell me also how you made it to nokia nielsen top 1000 participants because I also want to be among top 1000 participants. I had joined nielsen in 18th Jan& till now I had got only 3800 points with only single survey..

Plz guys I really need your help.
