The RRP for the console+wii sports is £179. Anyone charging more than this is just a ****** expletive deleted.

To be fair, RRP is RECOMMENDED retail price. If anyones dull enough to pay that much - good luck to them...

Okay, I bought one of the Comet bundles and it arrived yesterday. The receipt has all of the items listed individually with no discount for buying them all - there is no mention of 'bundle' on the receipt. So I am going to return the 2 crap items that I don't want to my local store (venom gloves -£14.99 and charge dock - £24.99) and get my money back. I assume there is nothing to stop me doing this and if anyone wanted just a console for £179.99 they could return the rest of the stuff (wii play/nunchuck/mario party/super mario/mario strikers).

Same goes for anyone who gets an itemised receipt, might be a loophole for getting a Wii at the correct price!

never thought of doing that,hope it works,it should but that doesn't mean the store will allow it.
Distance selling reg allow you to return stuff up to 7 days .

I think they were in the dark as much as everyone else to what bundles Dixons were going to release. They can't monitor something when they don't know what it is. All 3 of those bundles are on their list now.
