So does this mean that Amazon.de have stopped sending to the UK?

2 things seem to have changed. Firstly it will only let me put one in my basket, before I could put 5 in.

I've just tried to go through checkout & got the same message.

I did try the French site though & seemed to be able to it from there. I managed to get much further. I didn't confirm the order, but got much further..it seemed to be working.

The only thing I can suggest is you try there before they start doing the same.

Ah..just been back to amazon.de & tried to check out with something else...a travel book.

No problems there, I got all the way to confirm. It must just be the wii.

Just looked on amazon for a wii play....one joker has it up for £350.00!!!! how sad is that!!!

That just makes it a steal on Ebay for £60+ then...an absolute bargain!!!!

Husband's in France today & I've asked him to look out for this in the hypermarket..but not to pay more than £35 for it!!

Knowing him, he'll probably come back with the wrong thing though.:rolleyes:

I think the Amazon.de Wii is out of stock now . Im guessing the reason it wont let you order to UK is the one thats there is a marketplace one?

You're right...the one I had in my basket earlier has moved to the out of stock section....some-one's nicked my wii, lol!

Just tried the French one again..it only let me put 2 in the basket...are they running out too?

french ones works just tried it?/ maybe continental europe are now experiencing a wii shortage?? most prob due to all of us buying them up!

There is still plenty of them over here in Holland on the shelves, all at 249 Euros which is about £174.

wii are the proud owners of a new wii from sunny france :j . delivery was 5 days as stated and cost was £175 on conversion :beer: . big thankyou to all posters on this matter. one happy daughter on christmas day, if i let her have a go!;)
