not it will go on Ebay for the price I paid for it. I would rather someone got it for their child b4 xmas than to make a profit. Here's hoping I get at least one of them.

    :o

Be aware the cost to send a wii special delivery in the UK is over £19, paypal take about £8 and ebay take their cut I think is about £8-£10 so you need to sell it for about £220 to break even.

i think teresa was asking about the french wii play not the wii console:confused:

The German wii is the same as the the French Wii the French wii is the same as the British Wii the Irish Wii is the same as the German Wii the German Wii is the same as the Italian Wii.

All the Wiis that are PAL are the same so they play the same games.

    Its all the same.

Dont buy from Japan or the US if its European its cool.

    They are the same

just a little note- amazon.de has an option on 'my account' where you can ask a question in english and they respond in english and may I say very quickly.
I asked if they had a tracking number and got the following response:

    "Dear Customer

    Thank you for contacting Amazon.de.

We have shipped the order ************** on November 7th 2007
    to the following address:

    **************

The national dispatch code is *********** In Germany we use the
    courier DHL.

The international dispatch code is the following:

    ***************

With this number you can ask for the status of your order, which has
been given to the British post early this morning.

Please do not hesitate to contact us again whenever you have further
    questions."

excellent service and I know that mine is in the UK having only been ordered Tuesday.
    hope that helps

    yipeee. . . I've ordered!!!:j
Ordered my wii yesterday pm from Amazon de, stated 'in stock', however my confirmation states despatch 16-20th Nov for expected delivery 22-26th Nov.
I work for a Germany company and our deliveries take 3-5 days (standard service) so I appreciate their lead-time, however if the item is on stock then I'm wondering why it takes so long to actually despatch it?
Anyone else recently ordered and been quoted similar lead-times???
