Just ordered one from AMAZON.DE (Well I think I did) ;-) I cant understand why people are chasing about here to pay MORE. 175 quid from amazon.de No point getting games and such just get it, chip it and a full set of 100 odd games about 80 quid ;-)

Thanks for that went to Bistol today and got one! Showing 3 in stock but not out on the shelves, so the staff memebers didn't know they had them until they checked. £170.33 inc vat

I updated them on saturday with my card details. On one I just updated with card details and its gone into "being prepared". The other one I had to also change the delivery address (to my relatives). The one for a relative is now forecast for delivery in January 2008!!!

I had the same, even checked this morning and it said Jan 2008, then a few hours later I get a shipping notice and its no its way..

:j managed to get one today at comet in wolverhampton, it was the last one!!
i had been to everywhere yesterday and today, and was told that nintendo were not sending out any more this side of xmas as there was a part they need that they can no longer get till new year (or so woolworths say..)
today was a sheer fluke as we were supposed to be visiting friends but changed our minds at the last minute to go shopping instead lol

I have heard a lot of roumours about Wii, including Woolies people saying that they are waiting on the outcome of a Health & Safety charge....

I think we will see that Nintendo continue to drip feed us all until the Wii reaches saturation (no puns intended). Also, Europe's allocation of Wii will probably drop as the new CEO for Nintendo US will demand an increase of Wii for the US and they have recently announced that the Wii will be sold in China.

Any takers on my Amazon Stock Alerter? I would like a few to try and post the results? ( I have had over 40 Wii's in the last 2 weeks )
