SO if they have 2 containers, where will they be sold please? Or are they just being 'sat on' till December?
I'm at my Mum's in Essex & go home to Hampshire tomorrow morning, but will happily get up early & queue at Lakeside if it means getting one for my Hubby!
Thanks very much for all the info though - you lot are great!

So they have 130 games being released in the next 5 months, but if Nintendo have lost sales to the 360/playstation3, then there will be less buyers!
Good ploy by retailers to say that they have them in their warehouses, but I have spoken to 2 buyers for some large retailers and they have said they do not know when they are getting them, as there is a shortage. So yes there may be some about but nowhere near enough to satisfy demand.
Nintendo have stated that there is a shortage, and this isnt being caused by retailers keeping them in their warehouses till the first week of December.0 -
So how many wii's are in a container then?0

there's thousands of containers at tilbury :-)0

i dont know how many there are in there do i
also i dont know where they are likely to be sold.

By my calculation, if its a 45ft container then it'll hold approx 3000 cubic ft, one wii console takes up approx 0.5 ft so thats 6000 per container.....
12,000 in total! That should keep a few kids happy for christmas!!0 -
