i filled in the form on their website relating to faulty goods yesterday when i received the order, stating drum faulty and furry stack em ups not as picture, the acknowlegement said they are dealing with a "high volume" so it could take 72 hrs for a response, but just checked emails and i have a reply from them stating they have refunded whole cost of drum and half cost of furry stack em ups, and a paypal receipt showing £3.75 gone into my account, they also havent asked me to return the items so i assume i get to keep them? so i am pretty impressed with how they dealt with it, just need 2 people to have baby girls now

i picked up half price parasol for garden table £3.96 BARGAIN from brighouse store.:)0

OMG!!! I hate it everytime I have to pick up an order from HOUNSLOW store. It took 1 whole hour to sort out
I had a dispatch note saying my order was all there apart from one item; Twister. I get in store and the Ben & Holly felts are missing. How can they go missing between dispatch and customer collection? I think the store f'd up and gave it to someone whose felt had been cancelled. The woman who went to get my order came back with it all loose and in single items but failed to CHECK the items on the list!
Anyway, if you have problems with your order it is much less hassle if you call up customer services than dealing with it in store.
Thanks again OP.0 -
Thanks op.
I got the cones - which DS saw (they were for xmas - never mind) - they were tiny - not at all what I expected.
The stacking rings very pink and no good for the 2 boys I ordered them for - I will pop away for any more babies which arrive.
I got the buckets and spade - which will be great when it finally stops raining:D
Also while we were waiting I managed to get 2 gorgeous hello kitty tea-sets which were £2.45 - not reduced but sooo lovely and 2 x ben & holly felt sets reduced to £2.50 each - so a couple more pressies for xmas sorted. The lady was really helpful whilst I was there too - so a good experience all in all for me.
Hope those phoning up got sorted in the end.

Ordered the drum kit on 5 Aug for my son's birthday. Have been so excited about it as thought he would absolutely love it. Even rang the store yesterday to see if it was in yet.
Just had a cancellation email saying I will be refunded. Completely gutted!!!0 -
