humph! not quite so fantastic Mr W!! just had a cancellation "sorry your item is out of stock we have refunded you" e-mail.

so i went into the actual shop and purchased it off the shelf where they had loads!!

same here, i ordered 2 days ago and money taken, just got cancelletion email to say there was a mistake and item is now out of stock - it was the ben & holly stick on felts in case anyone else has ordered them!

I rang to place my order yesterday as I wanted a Ben and Holly felt thingy - the lady said the web team had made an error when they put Ben and Holly felts on as they didn't in fact have the stock that they thought they had and won't be getting any more. I was unable to order it. Did get 4 clocks to collect from store as small gifts tho so thanks to OP.

The store will phone you when your order is ready to be collected.:)

thanx op went instore n bought 3x junior carpenter sets they were 75% 0f so £2.55 e but then they were on a 50% off marked price display,i asked a sa if it was half reduced price n she said yes .when i got to the till they scanned at £2.55 e ,i queryed it and was then reluctantly told i could have them on " this occation" at £1.27 e (the sa was really put out after her manager said she had to sell me at the price adv) after leaving the store i checked my reciept and realized on the bottom of the receipt they had also taken the orig 75% offer off the £1.27 .so actually got them for less than 32p each (rrp was £10.20) :cool: ....RESULT..... will be donating 1 to the xmas buy a gift charity

I've just tried to place an order and although I can get to the checkout, it won't accept my card number - it tells me to enter a valid number (and I promise, mine is a valid number ). Anyway, I rang the number at the top of the page, and they are having all sorts of problems at the moment. I've tried to place the order by phone, but as the systems keep going down, the lady from Wilko's is ringing me back.

Hope this is useful for someone - it might explain the problem with not allowing an option to deliver to a local store.

has anyone else had problems with items they have ordered for home delivery? i just received my order and the drum set is damaged and now showing as out of stock online so dont think they will be able to replace it also the 2 stack em up furry friends that i ordered look nothing like the picture on the website, the ones online would be suitable for a boy or girl but these ones have different animals and are very pink, quite nice but only really suitable to give to girls, which is typical as i ordered for boys!
