Its a mess for O2 CPW customers.
They messed up the invoice numbers in December and suddenly *lost* all online accounts. Then there was an apology letter in post asking to create online account again. However the online system didnt allow to add any new account at that time.
I sent a polite mail to their CEO and my account was added by some CS himself. Now the system is allowing to add new accounts.
My suggestion for people waiting for the bill is to register an online account at http://mycarphonewarehouse.com (You will need your mobile number, account number and Bank name)
Then browse through your bills and print out the bill you need. Dont wait for the bill in post or email.

Do the online bills include your name/account number/address when you print them out? i.e. to make them valid for cashbak claims???
I know that e2save/onestop do accept online bills but i thought it had to include information above....0 -

Thanks - printed it off and now sent of both cash backs claims0 -
wait a bit I'd say. I sent mine 12/12/06 and it arrived 27/12/06 recorded delivery but more importantly phone e2save because mine shows "information not yet available" but CPW have told me they have already received it.0

For me online bills dont have my address but thats how they email it to me.
I always include a covering letter with address and name and get my cash back with no problems.0 -
I'm having similar problems with e2save and the cashback. The first cashback bill didn't arrive in the post and when I went online to carphonewarehouse.com to check the bill my name and address was not present on the bill so I couldn't use it (small print on the cashback). I tried to get through to e2save to ask them about it but it was impossible to get through to talk to anyone. Convenient or ineptitude, either way it's appalling. Now they are putting the address on the bill but I cannot see my last two bills as there is a problem with the website. And of course I'm in my 2nd cashabck period. I think the small claims court is the only option too.0

Could you please keep us all informed of the results to your small claims action. This could lead to lots more claims i think0
