  • This happened to me very recently........I ran the office myself for 7 months and he was brought in to supposedly bring in more work.

    He took a disliking to me and advertised my job....... I only found out as someone came in to ask about it. I promptly called the jobcentre and found out that yes.... he had advertised it with the express instruction no one was to approach the office but to email their CVs to him. Daft !!!! put the wrong email address so he got no interest anyway.

    I was FUMING! kicked up a stink and none of the directors knew anything about it.

    He was sacked a month ago.....

    i think the difference is, i dont dislike this employee, he just has alot to prove............now i do also!
