Mum has rang me, she has picked up my wallpaper, paste and a bucket. she has also brought the steamer up and some ladders.
Have got two of my nieces today, so havent got much done. Have dismantled my ds2 bed, seeing as he sleeps in my bed every night, thought i might aswell. Need to get a few bits and bobs tomorrow when the kids are at their dads house.
Full steam ahead next week, have soo much to get done, need to strip walls, put up feature wallpaper, paint other living room walls and put carpet down. Also need to sort out getting the sofa up there, then need to start packing some stuff up and try and move asap.
Have just painted the wall in ds1s room as he had drawn over it and needed to paint over it before i move. Could do with writing a proper list but at the moment nothing seems to happen on the days that i want to, like today. coulndnt go and strip walls today as i got asked to look after nieces at 7 this morning. Have been and done some shopping though.
Really need to get some money together to pay of capquest as there is only £48 left to pay on that debt and would love to clear it, but i am having to pay out for the new house at the moment which is stopping me from making overpayments to the debt. Hopefully should be back on track soon, but will definatley be back on track after christmas and will be making as many overpayments as possible.PAD Maker0 -
Well yesterday was a busy day. Went and dropped kids off with their dad, then straight into town to meet my mum and get some bits like paint etc that are needed for the house. Then went to a few others shops, brought 2 blinds for kitchen and living room for new house. Then went to the carpet shop and got a cheap carpet for the kids bedroom. We then picked kids up and came home, picked up the other carpet that i have here and a few other bits and bobs and took them up to the new house.
Today is just going to be cleaning, watching f1 and i will get the ironing done.
Monday, i will be down the new house trying to get the living room stripped and will also try and do some glossing or painting.
Rest of the week will be, painting, glossing, wallpapering, putting curtain poles and blinds up, putting wardrobe together, laying carpets in living room and kids bedroom.
Will see what money i have left on thursday and see if i can get this capquest down and rid of. hate how its so small but still cant get rid of it.PAD Maker0 -
I am finally back online after my dongle broke, not happy that i had to pay £30 to get a new one, but it is needed so i can do online banking, pay bills etc.
Rent hasnt gone in today, so landlord txt me and the way she comes across makes it like it is my fault when it isnt, its the councils. Will be glad when im in new house so i dont have to deal with her. If it isnt in on monday i will ring them and see whats going off. I think its because of the claim i am making at my new address that has mucked things up. Will sort it.
Gained a pound this week. grrr.
Have £12 to last until tuesday, so will need to keep a tight grip on keeping my purse closed.
New house is coming along nicely, living room is nearly done, just need flooring putting down in the living room, which should be getting done early next week and all being well, should be moving on friday! YAY!!PAD Maker0 -
Today is payday, bills have been paid.
Paid rossendales and capquest. Only owe capquest £22 now and my debt is nearly under £11,000. So on thursday it will be in the tens, maybe earlier if my money from paypal comes through. Cant wait to pay off capquest though, then i have the choice of who to make overpayments to next. I am thinking either ncc or lewis dr. Will have a deeper look when i pay capquest and have moved house.
Need to go and get a bit of food today to last until friday as there isnt alot in now. just need basics of milk, bread etc.
Also need to carry on cleaning, organising and packing.PAD Maker0 -
Ok, seeing as the year of the year is drawing in on us, i think i need to start on an action plan for what i want to acheive by the end of 2012. So big colourful writing so i can see clearly.
1. Find a job- havent put as much effort into this as i should have this year and i do really want to work, but things have always got on top of me and it has always been pushed to the bottom of the list of things to do. Being settled in my house will help with this aswell i think.
2. House- I want to make my new house a home, have it fully decorated to how i like it and made perfect for me and my boys. To be secure and happy in our new home.
3. Weight- At the moment i am not happy with my body and i need to stop binge/comfort eating when i am stressed or feeling down. Weight is currently 14.10 and i am hoping to be 11.7 or 11 by end of 2012. Healthier eating and lots of exercise.
4.Kids- Need to spend better quality time with the kids, taking them out more and doing things together rather than having my eldest on the ds and my youngest watching cartoons.
5. Debt- At this precise moment my debt stands at £11,008. I am hoping to reduce this by the end of next year to £8,000. This will be done by hard work, lots of surveys and hopefully child maintence payments, if my ex ever starts paying any.
6. Being single- Dont think theres much i can do to this, just hope fate brings me a lovely man.PAD Maker0 -
