Ok so quick update, Today was moving day!
Dint take that long to do, thought it would be much longer, but did have some good help.
House is a right mess now though, with boxes everywhere.
Still waiting to hear about my sons new school place, have gas people coming tomorrow to sort gas out so that i can put the heating and hot water on. Think i need to make a list of stuff i need to do throughout the week.PAD Maker0 -
So i am settling in nicely to my new house, ds1 had his first day at his new school today and he liked it and his teacher said he has been very good.
New cooker being delivered tomorrow morning. Man coming from council to check a few problems next monday.
Hopefully rent is getting sorted and i can pay my old landlord what she is owed to stop her moaning at me even though it hasnt been my fault that the council has been mucking about with the payments.
Need to set myself some new year goals in terms of money, weight etc. Also need to quit smoking for my health but also to help me financially.
Dont know whether to pay minimum on debts each month and save the rest of my money to pay bigger lump sums at the end of each month, or to just pay overpayments where possible as soon as i have the money. hmmm decisions decisions!!PAD Maker0 -
Hello out there!!
well not alot to tell ya really. Today, rent went in so i have withdrawn it ready to give to my old landlord, so thats one thing sorted. Payday on thursday, have just about enough money til then to pay rossendales on monday/tuesday! thursday will be lewis dr and ncc. also need to give my mum some money aswell.
Went cinema today with a friend, they paid so free day out, only paid for my bus fare. Just ordered a quit kit off the stop smoking website. dont know how much it would help but will give it a whirl as i could be saving £6 a day by not smoking which i could pay off the debt.
Need to get some jobs done around the house tomorrow and get properly sorted. Have a list but not sure where to start or where to put everything.lol
Right am offPAD Maker0 -

No my mate wanted to but i havent seen any off the other ones so i wouldnt have been able to get into it or understand it lol. we went to see in time, with justin timberlake in it.
Today is going to be cleaning and moving stuff around again. Have moved the boys bed around in their room so there is a bit more space to actually get around the room. Have hung my lampshade in my room, have just put a wash load on, which is difficult as i havent got a waste pipe yet so i am having to use a big box to gather the water up and try and empty it as it gets full. so i will be standing around in the kitchen for about an hour now.
Need to go to morrisons in a bit and pick up some nappies for ds2. also need to sort out the boys toys and see what i can sell/ get rid off as i know they will get more for christmas, so i am going to get rid of the ones they no longer play with to make some room.PAD Maker0 -
Well this morning i became a aunty for the fifth time. To a boy, my first little nephew. He was 7 weeks premature weighing 4lb 4 oz. Havent seen him yet but hoping it wont be too long before i do.
So my sisters other kids came and stayed the night last night, so the house was a bit crowded lol.
Yesterday paid rossendales and lewis dr and ncc. Thursday is pay day but most of this is going to rent that is owed on the new house as there is £80 owing and my mum as i owe her some money. Then at the weekend need to get some more paint for the kitchen and will try and get that finished next week.PAD Maker0 -
Well last night before going to bed, i decided to check my lottery ticket, thinking like it would be like every week and i would only get 1 or 2 numbers. Instead i got a massive shock and got 5 numbers, winning £819. Now i know the sensible thing to do would be to pay it all off the debt, but my son has been bugging me for a new dsi, so may get him one for christmas and get my other son a few bits. so some for xmas and the rest for debt. Which one to pay it off, i dont know yet.
House looks soo messy, gonna have to do something about that and get tidied up.
Onepoll account is on £32 so nearly near payout on that, which will come straight off one of the debts. Lets hope they put loads of surveys on so i can reach payout soon.PAD Maker0 -
Wow congratulations that’s great news. Why don’t yoyu earmark £200 for smas pressies treats and the rest off the debt.
Am loving your diary you are doing brilliantly0 -
Thanks inthegreen!
I have brought a couple of presents for my youngest yesterday and sometime this week i will, buy my eldest his dsi.
Things arent going well with the boys dad. He started sending nasty texts to me last night, i have decided fgor the boys not to see him now. Things started looking good for me and then he has to ruin it.
Brought some paint yesterday so i can finish my kitchen.
Need to order my mums christmas present, and get the money off my sisters, as the present is from all of us.
done a few jobs round the house today, not too much though will do alot more tomorrow.
need to get back into eating better and exercising aswell.PAD Maker0 -
