Well, i have paid off what i owe my mum for some things and have paid off the rent arrears for the new house, so that is now done with.
I have been out and finished my xmas shopping today, brought my mum a kindle and my son a dsi. Sisters owe me the money for their share in the kindle. Still got a little bit left, which will go on the debt in the next couple of days. Probably not as much as should be but at least my boys are going to have a brilliant christmas now. May buy them some tubes of sweets/choc to put into their stockings, but other than that christmas is done. They better be grateful as i have spent a fair bit on them now.

Going to start a plan of action for sorting out next xmas aswell, dont want to have to struggle or rely on a lotto win to help me get the boys what they want. Maybe should put away £20 a month to help save for next year.

Need to sort this house out, its doing my head in. so time for a list:-

    tomorrow i will:-
    • Do another coat of paint in the kitchen
    • put a washload on
    • change my bedsheets
    • wash pots
    • Gloss pipes in bathroom (sick of trying to get rid of the blue paint now so just going to go over it)
    • Mop kitchen and living floors
    • clean fire surround
    • Ironing (depends how i feel lol)
    • Bring in recyling bin and try to get rid of cardboard (if the bin men empty it this time)
    • sort out cupboard in kitchen
Will try and get this all done tomorrow. Dont really want to go out and spend alot of money tomoz.

Oh also went to docs today for check up thing, as im a new patient and i may have a urine infection(soz for tmi). Will get results friday i think she said.

Well this morning i have banked £30, made a payment to NCC of £77, cleaned bathroom and done a few other bits and bobs.

Bin still hasnt been emptied so i am going to empty it fully by putting it all in black bags and starting again, whoever put stuff in it that isnt recycling is a right idiot, means i have a house and garden full of stuff i cant get rid of because the bin men wont empty it.
Started Painting a bit of the bathroom yesterday, cant do anymore till the council come and plaster all the holes back up. Cant start my bedroom either until the come and sort out my ceiling. And they need to do my waste pipe for washing machine aswell, as i did a load yesterday and the box got soo full, it tipped over, making my kitchen floor very very wet.

Need to hoover the living room again, my ds2 is sitting eating his lunch and its amazing the amount that misses his mouth and ends up on the floor. Crumbs galore.

Meeting a friend tomorrow, think i might be helping him do his xmas shopping as he hasnt started, but im super duper organised and got all mine already (apart from the hamster to go into the hamster cage.)

Need to wash the pots later, as i had 6 people in total round for dinner yesterday, me, my 2 boys, my 2 nieces and my mum, so lots of extra plates. Might even do some ironing later aswell.

Hi Mandz, well done on paying so much off! £77 is loads of money for me at the moment as I've been unemployed for almost a year, the overdraft was getting to it's limit, and now I've found a job (yay!) but it's monthly pay so this month is going to be soooo tight! So I'm well impressed you've managed to do that with 3 (or 6!) mouths to feed aswell!

Will your washing machine's waste pipe reach to the sink? Obviously still not ideal and you might have to try and wrap it round the tap (without squeezing it and stoping the water getting through) to stop it falling out of the sink, but you wouldn't have to keep remembering to check it like you would with a box.

Well done on the xmas shopping too! :D

The payment off £77 was out of my lotto winnings and also some 20ps and £2s i saved up. So glad xmas shopping is done early as i hate the crowds in town when it gets closer to xmas.

Putting pipe in the sink isnt an option as it only just fits over and when u let go, it falls so i would have to stand there holding it until it finishes. Council is taking forever getting back to me about putting the waste pipe in.

I know what you mean i have been unemployed for a while now and its hard to get buy and try and make debt payments and give the kids what they want. Just have to keep looking for jobs and hope for the best.

My eldest went to the pantomine today with my mother and loved it.

Hopefully going to see my nephew tomorrow :)

Saw my nephew today, hes beautiful and so small, hes doing well, and hopefully hes out soon.

This week i am going to try and get some jobs done around the house, pay bills and try not to go out alot as its too cold now.

Tuesday is the day one of my sisters has said they will pay me their share for my mums xmas present and i also get paid on tuesday so will be paying the debts down a bit more. Also have dentist on tuesday, this is first visit to new dentist and its at 8 in the morning so i am hoping boys will be good and actually get up and ready early.

Need to do some more painting and sorting out what i need and dont need.

Will update after i have made some payments. I love seeing my signature going down every time a payment is made!! :)

Ok have made payments yesterday and today, need to sort out some money for my mum aswell as i owe her for my cooker, luckily its on 6months interest free, so i can pay by installments.

Went dentist today, and he told me what i knew already, my teeth arent in very good shape. Going to get them sorted as best as i can, he said it will be done over some months as it will be a long process. Hate the dentist, but if it means i can get a better looking smile then i will do it.

Need to do some more painting today and cleaning, sorting and getting rid of stuff.

only £683 to go and my debt will only be 4 digits instead of 5 :)

    Morning all.
Not much happening at the moment on the debt front have made a few small payments to NCC.
House looks like a bomb has hit it. Have swept the kitchen and sorted out the airer this morning but still got quite a bit to do.
Brought a new chest of drawers the other day from ikea as my canvas wardrobe collasped and all my clothes were hanging from my bedroom door as i had nowhere to put them. Need to go sort out my bedroom today, clean my boys bedroom, wash pots, put beading down around living room flooring and hoover and mop the living room and kitchen.

Sat here watching cartoons with my youngest, which is really boring me so i know i will get some jobs done today.

Enough talking about it, must get some stuff done

    Hello,

Well my recycling bin has finally been emptied, so hopefully can get rid of all the cardboard in the garden over the next couple off weeks. I have painted another wall in my bedroom, although i have now ran out of paint, so need to get some more, then buy some wallpaper for the other 2 walls that wont be painted. Although cant really put this up until the council sort my ceiling out. They really do take the mickey.

I have ordered another wii fit plus game seeing as one of my boys broke my last one and i havent been able to buy another until now. I really need this so i can get my weight loss back on track, otherwise i will just put it all back on again.

Made another payment to NCC today, Just hope with all these overpayments that i am making they dont try and increase the fortnightly payments.

Challenges have been sorted for next year.
Got a doctors appointment on monday and a dentist appointment next wednesday, hopefully by end of the year i will have a better set of teeth and a bigger smile. Hoping 2012 will be a good year as long as i stay on track with debt payments and get back into my diet so i can have a body i am happy with aswell.
