Done a few surveys today, also paid a bit more off the debt.
Mum ordered me some new trainers the other day and i went and picked them up from her house today. They are lovely.
Cupcake money jar is clinking away nicely, no doubt i will dip into that at some point, but hoping to let it fill up then pay it off the debt.PAD Maker0 -
So went out saturday night for a friends bday, then sunday onwards i have been poorly, thought i was feeling better this morning until i ended up being sick.
Not much to say on the payments front, some are due next week. Had a letter from lewis debt recovery, saying it had been a while since they accepted reduced payments and sent me a income/expenditure form. I am currently paying them £10 a month but seeing as though i have nearly paid of capquest, i have offered them £20 a month.
Weight this week was a sts. thought it would be a gain because of saturday nights antics, but because i have been ill and not eating properly, it made it a sts.PAD Maker0 -
Went to see the house today and have took it, although it is only a two bed house, it is fine for me and the boys and will definatley be warmer and better than this place im in now. Text my landlord to say i have accepted it and she has said that her brother would like to move back in. Need to sort it all out with her so that i can move into my lovely warm house and her bro can move into this cold flat.
So will be lots of letters phone calls and heavy lifting over the next couple of weeks.PAD Maker0 -
Ok have been a busy few days. Have paid rossendales today, have also been to the new house. took readings from gas and electric meters, measured up for carpets and blinds and even though wasnt going to, i have started stripping some of the wallpaper, with help from my sis and kids that were running riot lol.
Tomorrow i need to go to my mums and ring gas and electric company and sort out the meters as there are arrears on them and get new keys and card for them. Also need to sort out the steamer and scrapers to help get the rest of the wallpaper of the living room.
Had a letter back off lewis dr, accepting my offer of £10 a fortnight. I actually offered them £20 a month but they decided to wind me up by making it fortnightly.PAD Maker0 -

Thanks beanie.
Today has been a stressful day, went to mothers to use her landline so i could ring up to sort out the gas and electric at the new house and also to change my address with tax credits and income support. Think i spent more time on hold than i did talking to an actual person. Anyway all sorted. Tomorrow going to pick up the electric key from the shop and go to the house and take a few bits up so i can clean the windows and whatever else i can do while there.
Cant wait to weigh in tomorrow morning, hopefully should be under 15 stone for the first time in ages. No choccie in the house, so cant be naughty tonight. Done loads of walking recently to bus stops etc. Dont even get me started on buses round here grrrr.
need to pay rent arrears and lewis on thursday, will do that first thing so i dont forget, or so i dont spend money on stuff for the new house.PAD Maker0 -
Hey mandz just read your whole diary, you are doing so well!!! Congratulations on the weight loss and getting the bills done, and fantastic news about the house, so pleased for you0

Oh god, hope you didnt fall asleep missy, its not as exciting as your diary.
Just been sat here pondering on what to do tomorrow. My ex has dropped the wallpaper steamer off at my mums today, but i need to go and get the new electric key for the new house. With 2 kids to lug about with me, i dont know whether to go and pick up the steamer, then go to the house, or just go up with a sponge and try my best to strip some paper with sponge and water and my nails. too many bus journeys and looking like an idiot on the bus with a steamer in hand does not sound very pleasing.PAD Maker0 -
Yesterday, went to the house, bit of messing about getting an electric key, but have one now. Did a bit of stripping with a sponge and a knife. hopefully my mum will come up tomorrow and bring the steamer and some ladders with her and i can go an get it done tomorrow. It wont take as long either. Was meant to be meeting a friend tomorrow, but will have to tell him i cant come as i really need to get my new living room sorted.
Today, i am staying in all day. its cold, its raining and its horrible, its going to cost me nearly £10 in bus fare to go see my gran, so decided against it.
Weighed in yesterday morning and lost 5lbs. This is mainly from being ill for a bit last week.
Need to go and get some bits for the house saturday, like the feature wallpaper and some paint. Extra discount at my mums shop this weekend, so it is moneysaving aswell.PAD Maker0
