Well its unreal how quickly money can be spent. Today i have been to get the food shop and i am nearly skint again. Tomorrow the boys are at their dads house, which means i have more money paying out. and these morrisons disney cards are already costing me a fortune and he has only just started collecting them.

Need to ring newleaf asap, need to cut down on my money spends and this is the biggest cut down i could do.

Newleaf is a stop smoking service. helps you to quit.

I find out just over an hour ago that my family dog has died, she was about 12 years old and i was her favourite owner. Looking into getting her cremated but dont know how much it will cost me. She lived with my mum but i have always seen her as my dog. She always used to jump up at me everytime she saw me.

Have cleaned up since being home and have cleaned the hamster out and changed the bedsheets on all the bed.

Right thats it for now, im off to look into prices.

Ok washing put on and put out on the line, forgot to take the meat out last night to defrost so took it out this morning, just hope it is thawed out in time for dinner.

Got a phone call this morning from new leaf, i have got an appointment at 3.15 today, its not too far away either which is good. Hopefully from tomorrow i will no longer be smoking and will be on nicotine replacement therapy. dont know what to choose yet though, i know i dont want gum or lozenges or the inhalator as i have tried them before and they dont work for me.

My mum took the dog to the vet, she asked me if i would help towards the cost and i will, just waiting to see how much it costs and i will try and sort out some money for it, so need to budget.

Food shopping was done on friday, the kids went to their dads on saturday and i had a bet on the grand national, didnt win though.
Put my numbers on lotto on sat, didnt win, but my son picked another line for me and ended up winning a tenner.

So we cashed that in yesterday and got him some disney cards from mr Ms by buying some apples and 2 bottles of squash.

She had a good run, she was getting on and she just couldnt carry on, i will miss her, i had her since i was 11 and even though she lived with my mum i still thought of her as my dog and she was so loving towards me and all of the kids no matter how much they tormented her. She never hurt anyone. Shes at peace now and maybe shes up there with my dad keeping each other company.

So Went to new leaf, and had half an hour talking to the lady there. she was really nice and we have decided i will try out patches for 2 weeks and go from there. I had to blow into a tube to get a reading for my CO levels and it was 20, which is very very high. So as of tomorrow i will be a non smoker.

So to keep myself busy i will be making a list of jobs to be done around the house for the next couple of days. May have a very clean house by the end of it lol.

Ok so two days into quitting the cigs, and it hasnt been too bad! Its been easier during the day when my ds1 is at school and i have been ignoring the cravings and trying to keep myself occupied. Its harder when ds1 gets home from school and he and ds2 start fighting, banging, being really loud and i have to keep shouting at them or telling them to shut up. Last night didnt get much sleep and woke up at least 4 times, will see how i go till friday and if its no better i will have to have a look into getting something that will help me sleep, that is still safe to use with kids around.

Not going to be concentrating on losing weight while quitting smoking as i know i will fail at one or even both.

Still doing well with the not smoking. on my 6th day today and on a voupkle of occasions, i have been tempted to smoke, but have resisted.

CB on tuesday so will be paying a few debts and my mum for my phone bill and oven.

I am going to a concert on thursday with a friend so will need bus fare and probably a bit of money for a drink or something.

Rossendales is due on tuesday, lewis dr is due on thursday, Daniel silverman is due by end of the month so may pay that tuesday, ncc will need a payment made to them aswell. The phone bill to mum and whatever is left will go off my bill for my oven.

Hoping not to spend tomorrow, dont really need anything but need to check what milk i have left. Have another appointment at new leaf, just to see how im getting on and also hopefully get to do another co reading which should be low this week as i havent smoked.
