Had a letter this morning from hmrc about some money owing when they overpaid me. Rang them(my mobile bill will be high next month), They are going to pursue my ex for half of it as i was claiming with him at the time. They have agreed £5 weekly payments, set up by direct debit. So that is £123 to be paid to them. not going to add it to my debt total though.

Got to go post office later and send of my sons dsi for repair. Only need to photocopy my reciept though so shouldnt cost alot while im out.

Have took all the sheets of the bunkbeds, ready to be washed, just need to put some new sheets and quilt covers on now, also need to put the pots away as they are still on drainer. Floors have been swept, might do a quick mop on them later.

Payday tomorrow, lewis dr and daniel silverman to pay, also need to pay my mum for this months phone bill.

Need to start sorting my money out better, dont seem to go far. Still need to pay my mum off for my oven and my half of the holiday.

Lewis and daniel silverman paid. Had to ring lewis dr as their website wasnt letting me log in. The lady on the phone took my payment and i have set up a direct debit for the £10 every fortnight, makes it easier and if i dont have the internet when its due at least i know it will still come out.

Went to the circus yesterday with my boys, mum and 2 of my nieces. Kids enjoyed it. Spent a little bit but not too much.

Jobs for today is general clean and put a wash load on and wash pots later.

Got my nieces birthday present yesterday, so will give her that on friday.

  • Can anyone please advise me how I get Rossendales to stop contacting me regarding someone else's outstanding water bill?
The bill belongs to an ex- tenant in a bungalow I own.
I have told them the name of the tenant, given them the letting agreement etc. and still they are sending demands for over £500 to me.
The latest nonsense they have sent is a very strange looking invoice with the water charges breakdown on it dated 16/03/2012......strangely enough the invoice has no company name on it! The original money they want from the tenant is for water used in 2007.......
Would going to a solicitor be any good?
I have never lived at the property in question and can prove this.
I would appreciate any useful advice as I find Rossendales employees impossible to deal with.

Not sure what to do in that situation, i have never been chased for a debt that wasnt mine. I know that they can be difficult to deal with, but just keep perservering with them, as you know its not yours and they cant take anything of yours if it hasnt got your name on it

Well i have been a busy lady today.

Cleaned most of the kitchen, just got to wash pots later. Have put a washload on and put it out on the line. Have put lots of clothes away back upstairs, Changed a lightbulb, swept livingroom, sorted out payments for next tuesday when i get paid.

Cant mop as i need a new mophead.

Not many surveys around at the minute, just have to keep checking and hoping.

Money to last me till friday, about a tenner. hmmm, will have to make do as there is no more.

Nieces birthday on friday, but i already have her card and present so dont need to worry about that.

Went with my sister to b and q this morning to get her some paint, and spend most of the day at hers, helping her decorate.

Tomorrow need to go and get the weekly food shop, gas and electric. As low spend as possible

Hoping to spend as little as possible at the weekend(nothing would be better) May do alot of cleaning or playing with the kids.

well its nice an sunny here today.

yesterday only spent £4, 2 on lotto 2 on cakes for me and the boys.

Have just put a washload on and will hang that out when its finished. dont know what to do today though.Thinking of taking kids to the park, but i know it will be busy and some of the kids that go on there seem to think they own the playground.

Hoping not to spend anything today as we dont really need anything.

May sort out all the bits and bobs lying around in the cupboards and under the beds etc.
