Answers 1 and 4 are clearly the most key, as we have 7 of the letters for puzzle 6 going along the Day, Answer, Letter route.

In fact the first one here was my submitted answer which I managed to fit by reading down the lines and reversing some of the numbers. Those underlined were reversed reading down the lines ie. 4.1.1, 4.1.3 and 2.4.1 read downwards as normal.
As you can see there is a pattern but it was obviously not the answer (just fitting it to make it work!).
....but may be something like this is the answer?
