    Hi Frodo,

I'm really excited too! (I note the time of your post. I've been thinking about it all night too!) I know it's going to be really hard work, but soooooo worth it in the end.

I'm getting butterflies just thinking about being debt-free :o.

I know I've got an uphill battle of £6769  to tackle but I'm hoping to sell big items like a motorbike and garage door in the Summer Holidays to make a dent in it.

    Best of Luck

that is a big target magpie. but the way i look at it is that if you only make half of it it's more than I would have done without this challenge. Good luck selling the big things though. that wil make a dent in it.

    Hi Starnac,

I know it probably is a bit ambitious but I'm hoping that the inspiration from others will keep me in check. :o I've got 4 paydays til the 100 day deadline but it'll be from NSD and keeping a tight reign on the food shopping that'll help (pennies into pounds and all of that). Plus selling some big items.

But I hear you, even if I miss the mark and still have debt at the end of the challenge, I'll still have a lot less debt than I do right now, for which I will be eternally grateful. :)

Best of Luck on your Journey too,
    Magpie

    Hi there

Please can i join in. i have £2900 to pay off a cc. I start work again in september. It would be great to get this clear as it is my only debt left, after I paid off my student loan in June. I hope to get this clear with very sensible spending, a first attempt at ebay and some contracting work before I go back to work full time. I have also lined up a second job starting in October to make sure i can succeed. I am sure the others here will inspire me :)
