    Hi,

I'd like to join please - £300 - have already got old mobile listed on ebay (due to end on 15th so hopefully will start me off on a good footing!) :)

  • Up to now I have opened a esavings to go along with my main bank account, every day I have been rounding it up to the nearest pound, then I found out that it had to come to more than a pound.
So yesterday it got 1.45 and today it got 1.91 then I will take it all to Credit union when it gets to 50.
I have to find 3 pounds a day so the other amounts has to come from other things like the salad being grown in the garden rather than the shop, that sort of thing.
My budget is pretty tiny, so 300 pounds would be a lot to me if I can do it.

    Hiya all,

This is my very first post on MSE, although I have been lurking for 18mths now, I finally thought it was time to join you all officially. I have read so many inspiring stories and tales of becoming debt-free; I know that with your support I can make it too!

Our LBM was over 2 years ago when we had £25,000+ in cc debt and we were struggling to met the minimum payments. Now we have somehow whittled it down to £6769 over 4 cc's :o. I know we've come so far on our own, but I need one final push to clear it all.

This thread is excellent, as I refuse to go through another Christmas or New Year debt-ridden ever again! So, please put me for the full amount of £6769.

Many Thanx in advance for any advice or support,
    Magpie23

    Hi all :)

    Can I join please?

£1000 towards my HSBC OD which will halve it.

Good luck everyone! I really hope this gives me a kick up the bum!
